Secrets of the Chefs – Classic Alaska
To commemorate our state’s 50th Anniversary, Food Bank of Alaska is serving up a chic Alaska party!
Learn culinary secrets from the new classics of Orso, Kinley’s Restaurant, and the UAA Culinary Arts Program.
Evenings festivities will be conducted by the Spamalicious Mr. Whitekeys!
On Sunday, November 8th from 6 pm to 10 pm, guests will watch chefs prepare food throughout the night in FBA’s warehouse amidst millions of pounds of food.
Hit pay dirt with our silent and live auction items that include having chefs come to your home and cook up a great party for 10-12 guests.
Secrets of the Chefs is held in the fall to remind us of those who may not have food during the holiday season.
Proceeds benefit Food Bank of Alaska and the scholarship fund of the Alaska Culinary Association.
