If you are a low-income pregnant and/or breastfeeding woman, a new mother up to one year postpartum,
have infants and/or children up to age six, or are at least 60 years of age, you may be eligible for the CFSP program. Click on the link below for more information:

- "2-1-1" is a statewide number for information and referrals to health and human services including food assistance, just dial 2-1-1 from any phone, or 800-478-2221. You may speak directly with an Information and Referral Specialist live Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

a referral to the closest emergency food assistance program.
